Natural Pumpkin Energy Balls

No Oil –No Boil…

Ingredients: 

Pumpkin -100 grams
Coconut-Half the part
Red rice flakes (Mapillai samba rice aval)-100 grams
Fried peanuts- 2 tablespoons
Cashew nuts -1 tablespoon
Almond -1 tablespoon 
Pistachio-1 tablespoon 
Raisin -1 tablespoon
Country sugar(Nattu sakkarai)-3 tablespoons 
Cucumber seeds-1 teaspoon
Cardamom-2
Carrot- 1 

Preparation Method: 

Wash pumpkin and peel the skin.
Wash carrot and peel the skin.
Finely grate them separately (pumpkin and carrot).
Finely pound red rice flakes (mappilai samba aval) in the Mixer Grinder. Finely ground peanuts, cashews, almond, pistachio and cardamom separately.
Mix red rice flakes (mappilai samba aval) powder and all nuts powder including cardamom powder.
Add grated pumpkin,grated carrot and grated coconut together .Mix them well.
Add country sugar (nattu sakkarai)and mix well.
Add Raisin and cucumber seeds to the mixture.
Make it as small ball and serve.
