Green Breakfast Smoothie
No oil No boil
Ingredients:
- One Handful of Edible Greens – any one variety (Amarnath, Night Shade Green, Spinach, Mint, Basil, Radish Greens, Beet Greens)
- One Variety of Fruit (Banana, Sapota, Mango) – Pick the Sweet Variety, Quantity as per the taste
- Optional Toppings (Fruit Chunks)

Preparation:
- Clean and Wash the Green Leaves
- Blend the Greens with the Fruit with little water
- Add the Optional Toppings as per the preference
- Serve it in a broad bowl with a spoon, have it in sips, Process it in the mouth for a longer time and swallow
- Ideal to have it as Breakfast
