Dates energy ball with nuts -Go Nutrition

Are you a calorie watcher and on a weight-loss period and avoid all your favorite snacks coz of the strict diet plan, calorie, and other stuff but at the
same time you also have a sweet tooth and crave for any snacks often then this recipe is for you all.

Sounds joyful? Here you go.

Ingredients :

Pistachios-10 nos
Almond-10 nos
Cashew-10 nos
Safawi Dates -08 nos
Country Cow’s Ghee -1 and 1/2 tablespoon

Method:

Finely Chop the nuts

Heat up a pan and add little ghee, add the nuts and fry until it turns crisp. Transfer it to a plate.

De-seed the dates and add that to a mixer and pulse it so it will be minced, in the same pan add little ghee and add minced dates fry for few seconds, and transfer it to plate.

Mix the nut mixture and dates, make it as small-sized balls.

Yummy nutritious balls are ready to eat.
