Green Breakfast Smoothie

No oil No boil

Ingredients:

  • One Handful of Edible Greens – any one variety (Amarnath, Night Shade Green, Spinach, Mint, Basil, Radish Greens, Beet Greens)
  • One Variety of Fruit (Banana, Sapota, Mango) – Pick the Sweet Variety, Quantity as per the taste
  • Optional Toppings (Fruit Chunks)

Preparation:

  • Clean and Wash the Green Leaves
  • Blend the Greens with the Fruit with little water
  • Add the Optional Toppings as per the preference
  • Serve it in a broad bowl with a spoon, have it in sips, Process it in the mouth for a longer time and swallow
  • Ideal to have it as Breakfast
